How to Teach Your Mind to Stop Judging
Our minds are always judging! It is what keeps us from getting into a car with somebody we don't trust, or eating a meal when it just doesn't look right. But sometimes, our minds judge things that we don't need them to.
In this short video, I will use information from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, to teach you about seeing, without judging. Learn 1 of 3 important skills to help understand who you are in any given moment.
My videos are used as educational tools to create mental health awareness and I hope they inspire you to learn more!
